Cordyline Restaurant

Bright, airy and spacious, the Cordyline Restaurant provides the venue for morning breakfast and is also available for private events. The restaurant opens onto the Sandymount Hotel's magnificent, private landscaped gardens; an ideal spot to enjoy a coffee before the start of a busy day.  

Breakfast 

A full buffet breakfast is served each morning which includes pastries and breads, juices, tea and coffee, cereals, fresh fruits, yoghurts and cooked full Irish breakfast options.

Breakfast is served from 7am-10am Monday-Friday and 7am-10.30am Saturday and Sunday. 

Private Functions

At the Sandymount Hotel we genuinely care that your celebration goes exactly as planned and that you and your guests leave with happy memories. The Cordyline Restaurant can cater for private sit down events up to 100 people and the adjoining outdoor private gardens can cater for a further 200 people for informal dining. A unique combination for all kinds of special occasions including Birthdays, Weddings, Anniversaries and Christenings.

Corporate Events

Close to the city centre and with complimentary parking and WiFi, the Cordyline Restaurant is ideal for corporate functions and events. Menus to suit all budgets are available and can be tailored to your exact requirements. Audio visual equipment can be set up for speeches or presentations and our private gardens are ideal  for networking and team-building events.
