At the heart of the Sandymount Hotel’s culinary escapades lies Whitty’s Restaurant. Named for Mary Whitty, who served as the domestic maid to Sir Henry Robinson - a former resident of the Sandymount Hotel when it was still a Victorian house - Whitty’s Restaurant serves it all from breakfast and lunch, right through to dinner. Boasting a vibrant ambiance and an enticing all-day menu that caters to every palate, dining at Whitty’s is always a treat.

For post-dinner drinks and last-minute nightcaps, the Line Out Bar is the perfect space to find yourself. A not-so subtle nod to the roaring rugby crowds who regularly don the nearby Aviva Stadium, the Line Out Bar is a stylish and modern bar with a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Lined with leather barstools, this bar features a mix of contemporary classic design elements, while exposed brick pillars and walls add a rustic touch. All this to say, the Line Out Bar is a space truly made for conversation and relaxation – all while enjoying your tipple of choice, of course. 

If you’re joining us for a celebration, you’ll be only thrilled to hear that the Sandymount Hotel is also a popular venue for private dining. Whitty’s Restaurant lends itself very well to semi-private events and, if the occasion calls for it, is also available for exclusive hire.
